Launching the Hai Majd project

The "Hai Majd" integrated project was officially announced at the 2024 Real Estate Conference under the umbrella of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s "Hai" initiative for integrated residential neighborhoods.

The "Hai Majd" project will be developed in Sohar, covering an area of over 400,000 square meters. The project will feature more than 1,000 residential units with various designs that ensure complete privacy for residents while balancing authentic architectural aesthetics with modern global standards.

The neighborhood boasts an integrated design that combines advanced service facilities with refreshing green spaces, supported by a comprehensive system of modern infrastructure. This is complemented by a range of social and service facilities, forming a strong foundation for a contemporary lifestyle that meets residents' aspirations and enhances their quality of life.

The project aims to provide a dignified living experience for Omani citizens through a wide array of essential, social, and recreational services and facilities, including mosques, health and commercial centers, public parks, and open sports fields. This makes these residential neighborhoods an ideal destination for Omanis seeking comfortable homes at competitive prices.

Mahmood Al Manthari, CEO of Majd, stated, "The concept of modern city development has evolved from merely constructing buildings to creating vibrant spaces centered around people and their needs. This forward-thinking concept is clearly embodied in Hai Majd, which offers a distinguished model for modern living according to global standards."

"Hai Majd" is the result of a joint collaboration between the Supreme Council for Planning and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, represented by the General Directorate of Real Estate Development, as part of the public-private partnership to provide integrated residential neighborhoods for citizens
